About.
I am Danni.
Over a period of 16 years as a Registered Dietitian, I have successfully consulted to over 10 000 clients assisting them in reaching their health goals.
I grew up in a family with healthy habits, and learnt at a young age that eating well and being active was at the core of longevity. I was a ballerina for 17 years, and was accepted at professional level yet turned it down to study.
I launched myself into a creative position as an internationally trained Cordon Bleu chef, working at La Petite Ferme, Buitenverwachting and in the UK. After seven years, I decided to study a bachelor of Science in Dietetics, fuelled by my passion for healthy living and helping others achieve the same. After 5 years of studying, I started my private practice as a Nutrition Professional & Dietitian in 2008.
In 2009, I started as the Performance Nutritionist for the Sharks Rugby Team helping players meet their nutrient requirements and sports performance goals. Today, I have a practice open to the public where I enjoy helping people reach their health, sports, lifestyle and holistic goals to reach the best version of themselves.
